NOTES:
Sachin appeared well rested, wide awake and alert when I arrived, he was assisted with a shower routine by his mother. Sachin, myself and his father went for a drive to ADLI for groceries, Sachin and I waited in the car.
Sachin appeared to enjoy the car ride, he looked content. We returned home and Sachin had his dinner, afterwards he attempted to use the toilet, he didn’t need to go so we moved on and I assisted him brush his teeth. Sachin and I made cups of tea to take into programs room. Sachin worked slowly but steadily found pieces, he almost completed a horizontal line tonight, just a bit slower than normal. At 1945 hours we packed up and went to the kitchen. Sachin emptied his cup and placed his tea bags in the bin, he then used the toilet for a large urine. Sachin acquired the tea bags for a new cup , he placed his bags in his cup, I pored the water. Sachin and I sat up in the lounge with his mother and caught some relaxing TV time, Lego masters then a movie.
Sachin had a good amount of sleep, his heart rate was good and low all shift, he didn’t display and seizure warning signs, all up he appeared to have a great evening.
Shift ceased at 2130.
