NOTES:
Sachin was in the shower when I arrived, he was being assisted with his shower routine by his mother. Straight after his shower he had his breaky. I assisted Sachin put his joggers on then we went for a short walk. We went along Tabletop road for a 20 minute walk, Sachin so far has been in a good mood he kept a good walking speed.
Back at home Sachin and I killed a few minutes in the programs room doing jigsaw while we waited for dinner to be ready. Sachin didn’t appear flustered by the routine change. Soon we were called to the table for dinner, once he was done we returned to the programs room, with cups of tea for more puzzles. Sachin focused well but couldn’t find the pieces he needed, normally he can look and find the piece fast but tonight he acted like a slow beginner. I offered assistance occasionally but he would stop what he was doing and watch me like a hawk, and take pieces out of my hand as if to say “no thanks, I’ve got this”. We went over time and at 1940 hours we packed up and exited.
Sachin had a toilet break, large one, then we sat in the lounge watching ‘Signs’ movie with his mother, at 2000 hours he had a snack and a sleep tea. Sachin has appeared to enjoyed his evening.
Shift ceased at 2130.
