NOTES:
Sachin Sachin had 9:55 hours of sleep, it’s a very good amount of sleep but taking into account his resting bpm has been climbing the past 7 days it puts Sachin into a medium risk of siezure category. Sachin was drinking his tea when I arrived, when he was done we went for a quick drive, just long enough to enjoy it. Sachin and I done some jigsaw before dinner, he enjoyed his dinner of lamb curry. We went with his father to fuel up the car and a walk in woolies. We had half hour of TV time then joined the family in the garage for family sitting.
Sachin had a good night.
