NOTES:
Sachin was chilling out on his couch in the lounge when I arrived. I assisted Sachin put his joggers on then we went for a walk. Sachin set the speed today, a slow to medium speed. We walked 3 kms in about 48 minutes, quiet slow. Sachin had his dinner when we returned home. After dinner I encouraged sachin to use the toilet, he didn’t need to go so we brushed teeth instead. I completed the first proper clean then Sachin had a go himself. Sachin and I worked together and made cups of tea, we took them to the lounge and settled in for Sunday night Movies. We finished Indiana Jones the quest for the holy grail, then started kingdom of the crystal skull. Sachin was calm and had a good bpm, he appeared happy with the film choice.
