Jigsaw.

NOTES:
I arrived at 1600 hours for shift with Sachin, I assisted his father sorting out sachins next jigsaw puzzle, colour Co originating into trays.
Sachin had his tea at 1640 hours, he had basa fillet and rice. After tea I assisted Sachin brush his teeth, I brushed his teeth first then encouraged him to finish off by himself. Sachin and I then made cups of tea, Sachin acquired the ingredients for me and I prepared the cups and poured the water.
We went to the programs room at 1715 hours and commenced working on his current puzzle.  At first Sachin was a bit pedantic, focusing on his jigsaw pieces storage trays rather than looking in them for the right piece to use, he had to stack them just right and straight. After a short while Sachin got on a roll and piece after piece fell into place, he is still waiting for me to click them in place though. At 1937 hours we packed up and exited the programs room, we cleaned our tea cups then Sachin was encouraged to use the toilet, he passed a large amount of urine. We then took spots on the couch and watched some TV with his mother. At 2000 hours Praveena organised Sachin a bowl of corn chips and a cup of tea. Sachin and I stayed on the couch watching TV.
Shift ceased at 2100 hours.
