NOTES:
Sachin was inside his house at the dinner table when I arrived for shift, Sachin was finishing off his pot of tea, 2 cups left.
After he finished drinking his tea I encouraged Sachin to use the toilet, he did not produce so we moved on to brushing teeth. I assisted Sachin brush, making sure to get all the hard to reach spots with his electric tooth brush, once I did that Sachin took over and finished off brushing.
Sachin was then assisted into his ankle strap and shoes, we went for a walk along Cambridge drive to Tabletop drive. Approximately 25 minute walk. Sachin appeared to enjoy his time out of house, his left ankle was more pronounced with the roll over tonight, he did look pigeon toed, I informed his mother and father when we returned home. Sachin has been very shaky on his feet and general body movements tonight, extra attention was given to Sachin to avoid trips and stumbles. Sachin was helped out of his joggers and into slippers, a toilet break and this time he did go, large urine.
Sachin and I then attended his programs room and commenced work on his new jigsaw puzzle.
Sachin almost completed one row tonight , he put half the pieces in then asked me (waited patiently till I figured out he wanted me to) to put some in.
1945 hours we packed up, Sachin followed my instructions to turn off most things like the desk light, defuser, music player.
Sachin then had another toilet break, no produce. Then I asked for his assistance to make tea and coffee for us, sach followed my instructions for items well, he did struggle putting things back though, he tried to dump them on the table and run, leaving them for me, no luck, he was strongly encouraged to put away which he did.
Sachin and I took our drinks to the couch where we rested and watched kitchen disasters.
Sach was well behaved during shift, no dramas or negative behaviours to report.
Shift finished at 2100 hours.
