Friday 4th November
Keely 5-9pm
Sleep: 7hr sleep
Resting: 62bpm
Weather: 19⁰ Sunny
Risk level: High
Activities:
Toileted: 5:30pm medium output

Started shift @5pm. Greeted by Saj and informed it
was a "high risk day". Sach was at kitchen table
eating dinner when I arrived, Praveena served me
up a plate so I sat and ate with Sach (Praveena
topped his plate off also). Once he was finished he
licked his plate clean and then he hovered around
the kitchen in search for more. Praveena
encouraged him to come and sit with her and
instructed me to finish mine. Once finished I joined
Sach and Praveena on the couch briefly. Praveena
got up and ordained the tea. Whilst waiting, I took
Sach to the toilet (medium output) and brushed his
teeth. We then came back out and collected our
cups of tea and progressed into the games room.
Sachin got straight into the puzzle as I set up the
room.

At about 10 past 6pm I applied Lavender oil to and
round Sachs nostrils.
We made slow but steady progress on the puzzle,
requiring some assistance from Saj occasionally.
Tonight we "finished" the puzzle and discovered
there are 2 "missing" pieces and one brown piece
that doesn't not fit correctly where it appears it
should go. Saj decided it would remain an
incomplete puzzle as the missing pieces could be
anywhere. We finished up at approximately 7pm.
During this first part of the shift Sachs heartrate was
high (between 80-100bpm). Sach and I made our
way out of the room. He placed his tea bags in the
bin and his cup on the sink. He made his way to the
couch, where he sat down next to mum and
watched cricket on the TV for a moment whilst I
went back and turned off the appliances in the
programs room and collected the ipad and notes
book. I came back out and sat with Sach and
Praveena watching TV and monitoring his heartrate
(which had dropped below 80bpm for gbe first time
during whole shift).
Once finished writing my notes, the rest of the shift
was spent keeping an eye on Sachs heartrate
(which remained below 80bpm) and relaxing on
couch with him and Praveena.
