Puzzle for Life
Support worker:- Katy Seizure risk level:- Risk level- low Previous night Sleep:- 9hr 43min of sleep Resting heart rate:- 62 resting bpm. Shift Times, Date :- 1600 to 2130 hrs Thursday 4th April 2024 Activities: Puzzle Walk Movie Sachin was in the programmes room with Praveena and his OT when I arrived. He was immediately looking to me to put pieces in for him, and I did so while beginning to sort out the new puzzle. We went to the kitchen for dinner at approx. 1720. Sach ate vegetarian food for dinner and was clearly unimpressed as Praveena had to feed him each spoonful. After dinner, Sach immediately made a run for the programme’s room to do more puzzle, and it took a fair amount of prompting to get him up again. He went to the toilet (medium output) and I cleaned his teeth. He then tried to go back to the puzzle, but I prompted him to go for a walk. He chose to walk along Cambridge Dr, he was keeping a great pace and was smiling and chatty. Once back, he tried AGAIN to go to the puzzle, but I got him to come out and make teas before heading back in to programme’s room finally. He absolutely smashed it and completed approx. 5 rows just today. We finished up at normal time and sat on couch with Prav. He was relaxed and enjoyed his snack and sleep tea I got him at 2000. I prompted him to toilet at 2045 (large output). He was settled for rest of evening with bpm in 70’s. No issues.
