Activities:
Walk up Table top road to second bridge and return taking 31 minutes 104 avg hr covering 2.72km  and 4003 steps ,Sachin worked pretty hard due to risk level being low and plenty of sleep then straight into program room to work on his jigsaw puzzle no wobble Board.

Progress notes:
Sachin was standing in the kitchen when I arrived tonight straight toileted at 5.10pm but zero urine output headed off for our walk and pushed Sachin pretty hard setting a good pace ,straight into program room soft music put on Lavender difuzer put on along with some Lavender oil on his top lip hr was sitting pretty high on start peeking at 90 bpm but slowly started to come down I think Sachin was picking up on the tone from Saj due to trying to sort out staff re Covid ,Sachin didn't really appear to interested in his puzzle as he looked quite distracted medication was given at 6.30.pm and only stayed in the room until 7pm as Sachin switched off his light and got up and was waiting for me to do the same tried to get him to stick it out until at least 7.30pm but Sach wasn't having a bar of it toileted again at 7.05 pm but only passed a small amount of urine we then went into kitchen and made Sach another cuppa 1 Camomile tea bag and 1 green tea now relaxing in the lounge watching the voice and began sobbing whilst watching shift finished up at 8pm .
