Sachin was sitting at the dinner table when I arrived tonight in very calm and relaxed mood straight away into the toilet at 5.10pm then we headed out for our walk heading up Table top road to second bridge and back keeping very steady pace walk took 33 minutes total brushed his teeth and straight into program room very disinterested tonight but still very relaxed and calm hr steady at between 60 and 65 bpm drank his Camomile tea pretty quickly soft music playing and Lavender difuzer on and Lavender oil on his top lip every half hour, Sachin decided to call it quits earlier than usual at 7pm switching his light off and heading into to the lounge wanting another cup of tea and then relaxing in the lounge
