Progress Notes :

Arrived at 5pm to commence shift with Sachin who was sitting in the dining area finishing his dinner so had a quick debrief with Saj and Preveena then got Sachin ready for his walk heading along Cambridge drive to the end near Table top Rd setting a good pace,we had to stop for a minute because Sachin started to cry I asked if he was okay and waited till he was ready to go again and made our way back completing 1636 steps I then prompted Sachin to use the toilet passing a small amount of urine then into the bathroom and assisted Sachin to brush his teeth we then grabbed our cups of tea and made our way into the program room difuzer and music put on and applied some Lavender oil inside his nostrils using a cotton bud and let Sachin get to work on his puzzle,Sachins hr was sitting a little higher than usual ranging between 88 and 85 bpm,Sachin didn't make alot of progress but wasn't stressed at all medication was given at 6pm,Sachin has had a slight increase in his Epilem from 600mg to 700mg due to seizure activity Sachin continued on with his puzzle happily we finished up at 7.30pm making our way out the lounge room and toileted before sitting down passing a small amount of urine then settled in on the couch to relax for remainder of shift and monitored until 9pm.
