Sachin in calm relaxed mood today toileted straight away and passed alot of urine, then got ready for his walk up Cambridge Dr not alot of vocalising tonight but breathing was quite heavy keeping a good pace but was hard going walk took 31 minutes then straight on the wobble Board for 15 minutes brushed his teeth straight after grabbed his cup of tea and proceeded I to activities room to start work on his jigsaw puzzle Soft music on and Lavender difuzer put on very relaxed and calm heart rate sitting between 70 and 75 bmp throughout and making great progress on his jigsaw very relaxed heart rate now sitting at 64 bpm Sachin finished up at 7.45 pm and headed into the  lounge to relax on couch shift ended 8pm.
