1704, Took Sachin for a walk around the block, 2 laps at a relaxed pace due to lack of sleep.
1728, Vibration machine for 15 minutes.
1745, Assisted brushing Sachin’s teeth.
1750, Moved to activities room for a cup of chamomile and green tea and also to work on his current jigsaw puzzle. His heart rate was around the low 80's while sitting down. Normally it would be in the high 50's to low 70's. Hence, I had to be more watchful.
1830, Medication administered, 2nd camomile tea given.
1930, Left activities room and moved to the lounge room for sleep and camomile tea with a mandarin while watching youtube videos on the iPad.
1935, Saj took Sachin to the toilet.
Also, Saj asked me to stay till 9pm due to the risk level.
