Greeted Sachin with a fist bump around 17:00, Sachin eating diner, polished off the whole plate, Sach took his plate to the kitchen bench then headed to the toilet (no urination). In bathroom I physically assisted Sachin in wash hands and brush teeth, Sach dried hands on his own. We put on his fit bit, grabbed our cuppas and headed to the puzzle room. Approx 17:20 applied lavender to nostrils and used the lavender spray as bpm sitting at 100. Sachin started well with puzzle with 5 pieces snapped in by 17:30. Approx 18:00 Saj bought in Sachin’s meds and administered. 3rd application of lavender around 18:20 bpm floating between 90-100. Around 18:30 Sachin has had 17 puzzle pieces snapped into place. Sachin seems to be happy 87bpm. Sachin started looking uncomfortable looking towards hall and fidgeting with tea bags from his cup, bpm 104, i signalled toilet and Sachin got up with his cup walked to kitchen, sat cup on bench and put tea bags in bin, i signalled toilet again Sachin turned around and headed towards toilet. Large output made. We washed hands and got back in puzzle room approx 19:00 bpm 95. Sachin finished a row around 19:10 pushed his chair back and stood up looking towards the hall then stuck his fist out for a bump. Sachin left the puzzle room to sit with mum in the lounge. Whilst sitting in lounge Sachin sat with his fingers in his ears for roughly 10min. Approx 19:40 we prepped for a walk, Sachin grabbing his hat and glasses I grabbed his shoes. We set off on a short walk down to the corner and back. Sachin was moving at a faster pace then I’ve previously experienced once back inside I assisted with taking shoes off and Sachin put his things back on. Sachin moved to lounge. Around 20:25 Sachin was up grabbing his night time tea and mum handed him his iPad and we chilled in lounge till around 21:00.
