Sachin and praveena were in the kitchen when I walked in. Sach was waiting for his tea pot to be filled so he could prepare his tea for tomorrow. I assisted with this - and then we got ready to go for a walk. We walked to the second bridge - a total 39 minute walk. Sachin appeared to enjoy himself and was smiling for most of the walk. We got back and praveena took Sach to have a shower while I finished counting the next puzzle. Once this was done, we ate dinner together. We then made teas and headed to puzzle time. It was slow going - as we are on a difficult part of the puzzle - but Sachin was concentrated and had an excellent heart rate the whole time (60’s and low 70’s). We finished at 1930, I prompted Sach to toilet but he did not go. He sat down on couch with iPad. I made tea at 2000 and prompted Sach to toilet again - small output. Sach sat back down with a small snack and sat on iPad scrolling YouTube while praveena and I watched Jack Ryan show. His heart rate was excellent and in the 60’s most of evening.
