Progress Notes:
Arrived at 5pm to commence shift with Sachin and was accompanied by shadow shift staff Keely had a brief chat and introduction with Saj then headed inside to greet Sachin,took him to the toilet and only passed a small amount of urine,short walk tonight given risk level and completed 1155 steps at a cracking pace then brushed his teeth even we arrived backand ran Keely through the process we then grabbed our cuppas and headed into the Activities room and showed Keely our routine,putting on soft music Lavender difuzer put oil inside his nostrils and let Sachin get to work on his puzzle Sachin really seemed to enjoy Keelys company and were both interacting very well with Sachin deliberately pulling pieces off and waiting for Keely to snap them into place Sachins hr stayed within acceptable range 75 to 85 bpm we finished up at 7.30pm and Toileted Sachin again with moderate output and relaxed on the couch with Praveena till shift close at 9pm .
