WEATHER:
10 degrees Rainy day

Mood:
Sachin was well rested , he had the giggles for 15 to 20 minutes at 6 o’clock, after meds he settled and stopped this. Sachin was well behaved. Then at 730 pm he started giggles again and a few occasions almost sounded hysterical.

NOTES:
Sachin and I went for a very short walk this evening, 5 minutes down the street and 5 back, Sachin appeared upset on the way back, his bottom lip dropped, not sure if he was upset with a short walk or was pulling a face because of the icey breeze on our faces.
Sachin was encouraged to use the toilet when we returned from our walk, he produced medium amount of urine. Sachin was then assisted with brushing his teeth.
Sachin assisted me with making tea’s we then went to the programs room and engaged in jigsaw puzzle time.
Sachin made good progress tonight with his puzzle, he completed two horizontal rows.
Sachin was given his medication at 6:30 pm by his father.
Sachin had a few moments of giggles before medication time, the reason for what might be making him laugh could not be found, he appeared to just giggle at random and at nothing.
At 7:30 we packed up and went to the lounge to watch TV with his mother. Sachin preferred to watch he man on his ipad. At this stage he started up the laughing and giggles again, once again it appeared to be at nothing bit was concerning to his mother and me how high and hard he was laughing, we did our best to distract and interact with him at these stages.
Shift finished at 2000 hours.
