Stuck in the rain

Sleep 8 hours 39 minutes risk level min

Weather 18 degrees- cloudy/ light rain
Toileted before shower. Toileted again after walk, did not go. Toileted after puzzle time. Still did not go. Toileted 10 minutes after that and produced a large urine output.

Activities:
Walking up and back Cambridge drive.
1598 steps complete avg hr 88 bpm in 18 minutes.
Wobble board not completed. Puzzle room to work through Sachin’s jigsaw.

Progress notes:
Greeted Sachin’s family at 1700. Sachin hadn’t eaten his dinner yet. I waited on the lounge whilst he ate. At 1730 Pravena toileted Sachin but he did not go as he went before the shower.  I got Sachin’s shoes and the umbrella and we set off on our usual Friday afternoon walk up and around Cambridge. We got half the way when I made the decision to turn around because the thunder was getting very intense and the spitting of the rain was getting heavier.  As we were walking home the rain started to pour. Sachin and I were trying to hurry home. We both ended up quite wet even with the umbrella. We arrived home after 18 minutes. Pravena changed Sachin’s jumper. Sachin’s heart rate was in the 90’s once arriving home, but soon went back down after we were dry and calm. Saj toiled Sachin again after our walk but he still didn’t go. We got our tea and headed into the puzzle room where Sachin was very focused. Sachin made good progress again tonight as I sorted through the start of a new puzzle. Sachin’s heart rate was quite high tonight. Sometimes reaching the high 80’s. 1830 meds taken. At 1930 Sachin turned his light off and we went into the family room. Praveena tried to toilet Sachin again but he did not go. She mentioned that he hadn’t drank much fluids today so that may be the reason. Saj then tried again to toilet Sachin where he then produced a large urine output. We all sat in the family room and watched a movie. Sachin appeared to be in a upset mood but we weren’t sure why. Saj made up his sleep tea. I said goodbye at 2000. Shift ended at 2000.
