NOTES:
Sachin was seated at the kitchen table drinking a pot of tea when I arrived. Sachin appeared rested, awake and alert, he was happy and relaxed. Shortly after my arrival Sachin and I accompanied Saj on a car ride to iga and then woolworths. Sachin and I walked around woolies while Saj done his shopping. Sachin appeared to be happy in the shop, he wasn’t overwhelmed by all the people, sights and sounds.
We returned home without incident and Sachin had his dinner. After Dinner Sachin used the toilet, large urine output) and was assisted with brushing his teeth. Sachin and I made cups of tea and retired to the lounge room. Sachin had a head massage from his mother, towards the end of it he got a fit of giggles and his BPM spiked to mid 80’s, it was believed that a KFC ad on TV might have been responsible, he loves KFC.
At 2000 hours Sachin was encouraged to use the toilet, large urine output again. We made another cup of tea and returned to the lounge to watch a movie called Queen.

Shift ceased at 2130.
