Toilet attempted at 5.15pm but not interested

Walk up Table top road to second bridge and back completing 3822 steps Brushed his teeth then into program room to work on his jigsaw puzzle

Progress notes:
Sachin was finishing up his dinner when I arrived tonight so waited till he was done toilet attempted at 5.15pm but wasn't interested so got ready for our walk Saj instructed me to use my own discretion on walk heading up Table top road to second bridge and back setting a pretty good pace fair bit of heavy breathing but didn't appear to be too worried teeth brushed when we got back then grabbed our teas and headed into the activities room to start work on his jigsaw, Sachin extremely focussed to start with hr was a little high at first sitting in the high 70 range but quickly settled and sitting at 60 to 65 bpm ,Sachin was pretty focussed on jigsaw making good progress but slowly started getting disinterested normal medication was given at 6.30.pm and Sachin decided to call it quits at 7.10pm switched off his light and made his way into the lounge toilet attempted again but again not interested and was hovering around the kitchen ,several times Sachins hr spiking to 94 bpm but that was due to him looking for Preveena now Sachin is relaxing on the couch and his hr sitting at or just below 60bpm .
