Progress Notes:
Sachin was relaxing at the dinner table having a cup of tea when I arrived tonight ,straight away got Sachin ready for a walk which required several prompts to get him to to put his shoes on.we o ly went for a short walk up Cambridge drive walking about 1km and on way back for no reason Sachin began to cry ,so we stopped for a moment and waited until he was ok then continued home total steps completed were 1221 ,I then prompted Sachin again to use the toilet passing only a small amount of urine. We then headed to  the bathroom to wash his hands then we brushed his teeth then headed into the program room, Sachins hr was a little high to start sitting between 85 to 90 bpm buy eventually started coming down to 75 to 80 bpm,Sachin appeared quite distracted throughout and didn't make alot of progress finished up at 7.30pm making our way into the lounge where Sachin could relax on the couch with mum shift ended at 8pm.
