28 degrees, partly cloudy.

Mood:
Sachin appeared well rested, he was well behaved and complaint. he had an abnormally high bpm but had no physical excuse for it, closely monitored though out the evening.

NOTES:
Sachin was in the kitchen watching his mother conducting her kitchen dutiies when I arrived.
Sachin was encouraged to use the toilet, he produced a medium urine amount, I then assisted him brush his teeth.
Sachin and I made up our cups of tea and went to the programs room.
Sachin appeared to be having difficulty in engaging with his puzzle tonight, his high BPM of 100 might be a factor but it took me a good half hour of encouraging him to focus on it and not everything else in the room.
Half hour into his puzzle he picked up and really started putting pieces in, his BPM dropped an average of 90.
Sachin had his medication at 1830 hours, dispensed by his father.
30 minutes after his medications he was still hard at work on his puzzle and his BPM once again dropped, he sat on an average of 85.
At 1930 hours Sachin used the toilet, medium urine, we then went for a drive into Lavington with his father and mother.
We stopped at ALDI and a fuel station then home again.
Sachin enjoyed his car ride and his bpm slowly fell some more
Sachin and I returned to his house, he used the toilet once more, small urine, then sat up on the couch with his family watching TV.
No behaviours or incidents to report.
Shift ceased at 2000 hours.
